Thank you for visiting Branch Photography. Allow me to share a little about me. I have lived in NW Arkansas since 1998, I have three children and enjoy photography, church and woodworking.
I fell in love with photography early in elementary school when my brother brought home a Minolta camera he bought in Japan while on leave in the army (fun fact- I have that camera today). I started my first photography job in 1978 working for a local newspaper in my home town and quickly expanding to portraits and weddings. After earning a degree in Business Administration Accounting, I opened my first studio in 1986 in my home town of Alamo, Tennessee. In the mid 90's, I was blessed to travel giving workshops and seminars to professional photographers across the nation. By 1996, I had earned his Masters, Photographic Craftsman and Certification degrees from the Professional Photographers of America. In 1998, I moved to NW Arkansas to better expand his photographic art and like most everyone who moves to NWA, I love it and never looked back. I've have been honored by local, state and national organizations. Branch Photography has been honored to be voted #1 Photography Studio for 8 years in a row as well as Best of the Best and The Best Photographer for 8 years from the readers of Celebrate Arkansas magazine.
Having dedicated my life to this wonderful profession, I am passionate about this craft. As Marc Anthony said "If you love what you do, You'll never work a day in your life", I am very thankful and blessed to be a photographer that I fell in love with as a kid, meeting so many great people; getting to go places and photograph buildings, locations and products helping companies in marketing. It makes me happy and proud that thousands of wall portraits, that I created, are living on walls around the world.
